Here it is. My first ever negative Amazon review. Installing this was supposed to be straightforward. As I tightened up the fourth screw the whole screwhead twisted off like butter. I tried to unscrew the others and only one came out clean. The others all snapped off. Never seen anything like it. Had to spend the next 20 mins drilling and ripping out the headless screws and plugs. So rather than a hanger I now have four holes in the wall. Will be asking for my money back.
