This is the third pair I’ve bought the last six years.I’m hard on them. (Stepped on and broke the last pair)But it’s good battery life, can have a conversation with a lot of background noise being cancelled (talk with buddies while I’m mowing), comfortable, and user friendly.I went the AirPods route for a brief stint, but came right back to these.For lots of background noise, these are the best option I’ve found (and I’ve tried a lot over the years).Are they the best in every aspect? No. But the best overall headphones for situations where noise cancellation on both the earbuds and mic are useful.

The standby life is exceptional the noise cancelation is absolutely amazing whether you're talking on the phone or listening to music. They are not the cheapest on the market but the quality has been absolutely amazing.

Using this for about a week and greatly regret it. This may be alright if you only use it at your desk, and leave it there.Ear cushions fall off easily. I've already lost 2 of them.Connectivity is quirky if you try to use it with phone and PC, even using the USB dongle.It randomly muted my mic and audio during a conference call. Couldn't hear anything. Had to power cycle to recover.Battery life is terrible considering similar devices capability and the cost of this.The charging dock is not reliable. Or rather the headset connecting to the dock is not reliable. Do not use if you want to find the device charged and ready.

I live this poly bluetooth it's great for construction. The reason I loves this product it that it vibrates, speakes the name of the person who's calling, hands free if hands are busy with work and battery life is excellent.

Awesome product, it's easy to connect the headphones to my devices and I haven't had any issues with it since. I bought a second unit for my wife.One recommendations though: it would be great to have a way for these headphones to connect to airline inflight entertainment systems.

My wife is on the computer and phone all day with meetings and calls. She owned an earlier version of this product but the port for the USB got damaged and she went back to a wired headset. I came across this newer version were they changed the charging plug, to a charging dock block.My wife loves them. No issues. Great quality, comfort and performance.

First pair died (won’t charge anymore) after 2yrs of constant use.

I have really liked this headset, and when my old one started to fail after two years of daily use I bought a replacement. However, it shipped without a USB connector. I was able to pair it with my old connector, but the sound quality is noticeably worse than with my old headset. Disappointing experience.
