very powerful, very compact
Extremely bright and small enough that im carrying it every day unlike my larger fenix. i bought it both as a torch and for night time defence, and i can confirm one flash with it on the 4000lm turbo setting and youre seeing stars for half an hour . in a country where physical self defence is effectively illegal including pepper spray its a useful last line to give you a chance to escape, the build quality is great its very well sealed ive not tested its water resistance but the lack of external ports bodes well

Great light
Very bright for such a small light, it has 3 brightness settings that are easy to use. Very well made with a metal housing. Holds a charge for a long time and charges quickly. Great light and well worth the cost, it should last for years.

6 stars for brightness 1 star for safety!!!
Despite this being a hugely unsafe design I still LOVE this torch! So why only 3 stars - as other reviewers have pointed out the switch design is absolutely ridiculous. It burnt a hole in my trousers day 1! It just comes on and needs 2 taps to activate turbo melt your face off mode - which is sooooo awesome when you want it but literally walking speed is enough to tap it on - this needs a cap or a lock period. It is so small it is impossible for it not to heat up - thats fine. I don’t expect it to bend the laws of physics but because it will heat up very quickly it is irresponsible to design a non-locking switch. If it had a cap or a lock it would be getting 5 stars easily. Despite me worrying when I put it in my bag that it will set it on fire I still love it - to get the amount of light this chucks out (even if its only for a short time at 4000 lumens) is just fantastic and never fails to amaze people I love it. I’m trying to find a suitable cap to stop it coming on accidentally then it will be perfect but I shouldn’t have to do that - still makes me grin every time despite its short comings though! I’m saving for the triple led one the MS03 model. That looks insane!!!

Proprietary charging system would not work
Firstly, the light output from this light is amazing, although the candella is 'only' around 10,000 which means the hotspot in the centre of the beam might still not be as bright as some more 'thrower' torches (i.e. the beam is extremely floody). Gets hot in the hand quick. There's thermal throttling on the LED but no proximity sensor in the lens, so use of the lockout function is recommended. Thats where the good news ends. The item i recieved had clearly already been used as it was scratched on arrival. But the straw that broke the camels back is the THE PROPIETARY MAGNETIC CHARGING SYSTEM DID NOT CHARGE THE BATTERY. Tried different adaptors but the battery would not charge above 3.57V. I assume I hada faulty sell, perhaps a previous return, and have sent it back to Amazon. If you're considering this light I would be very cautious about the charging system, as another review mentions here you can't buy a spare cable on its own so unless you own other Imalent lights you're stuffed if you loose it. If you've read this far (thanks) here are some other lights of similar size to consider from a fellow torch addict, all of which are cheaper by the way . . . Convoy S2+ with SST40 LED and 18350 battery tube, Emisar D4, Lumintop FW3A, Wurrkos TS10.

Mini torch
This is a fantastic torch. Its small but its seriously bright. Great for when outdoors at night. The torch has a tiny display showing current Lumens. It has a tail switch which is easy to use . It has a switch lock aswell which is very handy . It is super easily charged with the magnetic charger

Super small size and variable lumen settings.

This is worth it. Used it for long hours and it was amazing. Pocket friendly. The 2000 and 4000 lumens setting won't last the battery only a few minutes
