There's a lot to love about this massager! It has different levels of intensity, different modes, and even a different heat levels that you can easily switch between by pressing the related button. There are multiple different massage heads and even little air bags in the device that really give it a unique feel. It may not work for everyone, but I have arthritis in my joints. After a day of work, my hands ache. This is wonderful!

This was recommended to me by my Sister in law who is a doctor. Definitely worth every penny. My hands feel so much better already. I love using the soothing mode. I use the computer for work and my hands and wrist have been sore and this has helped a lot in alleviating that soreness. Super easy to use and great pressure.

While it’s still a decent massager, this limitation made it less effective for us. We decided to return it and are now looking for an upgraded version with full heat coverage. If heat isn’t a top priority, it could still work well for others.

Loved it! I initially bought it for my mom, but I tried it and can't get enough of it. Its so easy to use, the heat function is amazingly soothing, relaxing. It has 3 intensity modes. The material is sturdy, the fabric lining inside where you put your hand is high quality, overall it is an amazing product perfect for after being at work typing in the computer for 8 hours. This is my 1st Hand Massager.Decide to buy this one & give it a shot. BEST DECISION.Basically been using this little machine Every Day. I never knew that my hands would feel Refreshed and more "Relaxed" after giving them a good massage. It definitely makes a difference.There's 3 Functions you have to know about:1) Mode = Soothing, Vitality, & Relaxation2) Intensity = Low, Mid, & High3) Heat = OFF, Low, & HighMy Fav setting has got to be Vitality / High / High. I prefer a Deep Massage and this is exactly what it gives me. The compression isn't too Tight or too Loose. You just have to pick an Intensity that meets your needs. Everyone has different Hand sizes, so the settings will differ from Individual to Individual.Battery life to me is Great. I'm able to use it multiple times a day as I need it. Overall this was a Well-Worth-It purchase to me! Hopefully you guys find the same Benefits I did using this Massager.

This cordless hand massager has been a legit lifesaver for my carpal tunnel. When the nighttime tingles creep in, I just slip my hand in before bed and it works its magic. I’ve noticed real relief and better sleep, and that alone is worth its weight in gold (or at least wrist braces). Battery life is decent — you’ll get about two full sessions (both hands) before needing to recharge. It’s compact, convenient, and honestly one of those “why didn’t I get this sooner?” purchases.

I was diagnosed 20 years ago with CTS, opted to go with acupuncture and deep tissue massage...it worked. Now am retired from working a job that put a lot of wear and tear on my body, especially my hands with bad joint pain. I also am a long time guitar player which demands sustainable wrist strength. I just received the CINCOM hand massager today and after charging it (nice that it's rechargeable with USB) I tried it out. I have medium/large hands and found it has plenty of room to insert my hand into.It is not quiet as there is a built-in air pump which supplies air to several small inflatable compartments which actuate the massage effects. But it's not loud. The heating aspect of the massage was great as well as adjustable.I used it twice today with several hours between usages, and once I found my sweet spot I was pleased to feel some noticeable improvement in joint mobility and pain relief. I think that with consistent therapeutical use and time I may be able to avoid going for treatment with a specialist in the immediate future. I researched similar products, with and without thumbholes, but the CINCOM reviewed near the top and fit my needs best. There's probably enough space to keep a thumb inside but I haven't tried that yet.Considering the fact that my medical insurance co-pay for a specialist is $35, two office visits for the cost of this product, this purchase made sense and is seemingly paying off.UPDATE: I'll have to return the item as the heating element quit working the day after I posted this review. But I'm going to get a replacement.
