Tachikara STBR Rubber Tetherball , Yellow

This is a great tetherball, it doesn’t deflate and has a soft cushioned outside that is great for the smaller kids to hit. We actually didn’t have the room to have the tetherball set up with all of the other stuff we have in our yard, so we just attached it to our freestanding basketball set up and it work great! The price was right and we have a lot of fun with it. So far the quality has held up, and it has been beaten up by my kids and their friends. This is a good buy!

We purchased this tetherball to go on a homemade pole my husband made. The string is extra long to make sure you can make it the perfect length. It did not include a clip to hook it onto the pole but we had one around. The rope was strong enough but I can tell it will not last forever, especially if you don't remove it while not in play. For the price this was a great buy. The rope is replaceable but I feel the real best thing you get with this buy is a great, sturdy, long lasting tetherball for years of enjoyment!

I bought this Tachikara brand tetherball after seeing these balls endure a clobbering at my son’s middle school. A good investment. They are available in a variety of colors. The softness of the rubber seems just right, looks and feels like high quality, and is durably constructed. My son enjoys using his tether ball to practice at home. He broke the cord a few times, he hits it hard! He has fun beating me or letting me win! This ball will probably last for many years!

I ordered this ball in November 2022. It just finally bit the dust. I have a 52 pound foxhound and she trys to destroy (play with-according to her) many interesting human things. I think had we monitored the air inflation closer this ball would still be around. That would be my only suggestion. I will be ordering a new one soon.

I have been searching for a ball this size for my bulldog and he’s popped every one I purchased so far (I bought at least 6 different ones and he popped them all or the surface fell apart in some way). This ball is the BEST I have found for him.. he absolutely loves it.. the size of it is perfect because he can sort of “wrestle” with it - similar to how he plays with other dogs. The ONE thing I would caution others who are purchasing for their dog is to be careful to notice if they have a hold of the part where the cord ties to.. if their teeth are around that part you won’t wanna be tugging it away from them too hard. I use this ball also as a training device.. because he is so in love with it, I use it to teach him “restraint” (using cues like “easy” and “leave it” then alternating with cues like “go get it” to teach him to control is play and stay focused even while excited). It’s working so far and overall this ball is just the best for this purpose :)

We bought the Tachikara Rubber Tetherball to give our horse something to play with. We hung it on a tree branch where the snow isn't as deep and the horse loves it. He gets bored and this gives him something to do. He plays with it no matter the weather and the rubber stands up to the cold without getting hard. The cord it came with is very sturdy as well to withstand being bitten by a horse and not fraying at all. Would recommend for bored horses and children alike.

Played so much with my son that the button on my shirt made my arm soar. Ball and rope held up fine. The post was to thin and after 3 days the metal pole fractured, guess the vibration and the rusting on the inside of the pole.

Iuse it very hard and everyday.The rope is very strong so keep the ball on the pole whole time we play.

Someone left a tall fence post in our yard so I bought this. Now the kids and adults are having lots of fun.So far so good, if this review has not been edited and this sentence removed then it is holding up very well.

Rope wore thin before the ball did! But worth the cost.

Almost like when I was a kid! Bit harder but kids love it
