Good replacement saving ££££
Like for like replacement for the siamp cistern in our toilet system. **The photo with the torn seal is the old original one. Side by side pretty much the same.Great price for 3 and easy to install after looking at YouTube has savede me money on buying a new cistern and calling out plumber.I deducted 1 star due to one of the seals not working with the cistern as well, letting water still flow. Tried the other one and it was fine.

Rubber good, plastic part not well formed
I found that the plastic part of these wasn't great quality, there were plastic shards around the little hole part and it wasn't well formed, this caused a simple replacement job to involve a lot of head scratching when replacing the water wouldn't stop filling, in the end I realized that I needed to use the old plastic part with the new rubber which worked fine. To be fair the rubber part is all you need anyway so it's ok once you know this

Simple when you know how!
Why on Earth did I go all the way to B&Q and spend ages scratching my head wondering which valve to get when none looked right (and the one I chose didn’t work) when all I needed to do was use Google image search which brought me right to this page!? This valve worked perfectly and now our upstairs loo is finally working again. It only took two years for me to get round to fixing it. Well, when I say me, it was my mate Andy who actually got annoyed with me when he came to stay with us and couldn’t believe I still hadn’t fixed the loo in the year since his previous visit. Thanks Andy!
