Confidence boost!
I am so happy with this product!I am 34, and postpartum has caused the little wispy hairs by my cheeks and in my fringe line to turn grey. It was making me feel a bit self conscious, so I tried this product without really believing it would work- it does! One use has turned most of the patches back to brown- with only the odd hair still white (not really noticeable). I'm so happy!Major confidence boost!

This is working - requires some patience
This with the shampoo that goes with it is a bit of a game changer from other hair dye processes.STARTING POINT: I picked up my first greys around age 35, so now 17 years later I've got quite a bit of it looking pretty obvious. Heaviest on my temples, like most people, lots of individual greys peppering moderately through the rest of my shoulder length hair. My hair colour is a dark brown, that can look pretty murky now on a grey day. However, maternal genetics give that dark colour a proper red glint in direct sunlight.PRODUCT EFFECT: I've done two washes so far and am starting to see a difference.I'm not washing my hair in the shower but separately over the bath with the shower head, so I don't wash anything off in other steam or water.FIRST WASH - I was pleased to see the murky dark brown which looked dull had gone to a more of a chestnut hue. A subtle change but a good one. I couldn't see anything happening with greys but did wonder if some of the darker grey strands had gone ever so slightly light brown. For both shampoo and conditioner, I decided to leave each one on for 5 mins.SECOND WASH - done 1 week later. 3 mins for shampoo, 5 for conditioner. There has now been a shift great enough for my husband to actually notice and comment. An objective opinion if ever there was one! His comment was that a lot of the lighter strands in the fuller part of my hair had been 'knocked back'. To look at it now as far as he was concerned, under a casual glance they had become harder to spot or looked a light shade of brown. Still some grey visible, but as he put it "it's just not so bright anymore. It doesn't stand out as much." As an FYI for you all, he did look at my hair in uncompromising flat daylight too.My temples - a tough test bed, being mostly grey now, and bright - are still a bit grey after wash no.2, but the grey area looks like it has shrunk in size as it has taken some colour to different degrees. The brightest hairs here have a very very pale shade of brown on them, so they are no longer that obvious white. My scalp feels a little sore after this one, so next week for my third wash I'll do the minimum duration of 3 mins with both.CONCLUSION:The colour is changing, and I think a few more washes will just encourage the colour to build up some more.Given the extent of the greys that I have, I had no great expectations. What I was looking for was a way to blend the greys into the rest of my hair in a way that could take them down to brownish highlights rather than grey. I think this product is doing a bit more than that, bit by bit. By the colour change, even a subtle one, reducing the brightness of the greys, it makes it less noticeable.CONDITIONER STRENGTH:I concur with other posters in that the shampoo that goes with this may be the product with the minimal impact out of the two. My hands were rinsed clean easily in water when I used the shampoo, but to remove the conditioner colour I need to grab a bar of soap. I think it possible that the conditioner dyes a bit more readily, but cannot be conclusive on this. Perhaps the soap element of the shampoo changes how that works, I don't know. So, I recommend having soap handy to give your hands a quick wash while you wait on the conditioner to take effect. It comes off very readily done then.Overall, I'm pleased and actually surprised. The nicer subtle uplift in brown shade for the rest of my hair is welcome bonus, my hair is soft and shiny, the greys are starting to blend into the rest. They will never be as dark I suspect but they are changing shade, and that stops them glowing obviously into the eyes of anybody who looks at me.For the menopausal ladies out there, the softness is not taming the greys into an anti-frizzy state. I wasn't expecting it to, so serum is still required to manage that and I think, once I achieve a desired shade, I may need to shift to something that helps build some body back into my hair as the strands are now, alas, just starting to get a bit thin (thanks to menopause, not the product!), whilst finding a routine so I can continue with this conditioner to keep the colour up.I will be buying this again and I am expecting the results to improve a bit further still. It is not instant and is a product for long term use to see the best changes. It is building over time.

Good stuff for the price
Smells great, adds slight colour/shine overall..semi hides greys. Not entirely, but dull the shine on really white greys.Gotta watch what clothes you wear after as the colour ran from my damp hair onto white shirt, very light brown.Would recommend though all in all.

Didn’t work for me
Sorry to say it did absolutely nothing to colour my hair or greys. I’ve used it 3 times so far, the first time I left it on for 10 mins, no results. The next 2 times I left on for 25 mins but absolutely no colour whatsoever on my grey. It does smell lovely though.

Doesn't colour at all as far as I can tell
Was worth a try but I ended up colouring my hair anyway as it wasn't blending away greys, and am just using up the conditioner to prevent waste. Good as an actual conditioner though I suppose.

El servicio al cliente superó mis expectativas. Perfecto para comprar productos que no encuentras en otro lado.
after shampooing, smooth conditioner throughout wet hair. Leave on at least 3-5 minutes for the first use. Leave on up to 3 minutes for each subsequent use. Rinse well.
