Not that I know of, but the headlight can easily be directed as low as needed.

The light has 5 modes. High, medium, low, fast blink, and slow blink. It could be low, medium, high, slow blink, fast blink. Either way it has 5 modes.

How do I know if the main headlight is charging? The brake light glows red while it's charging, but I don't see anything like that on the headlight

The rubber selector switch will change from red color (needs charging) to green color (completely charged. I just charged the main headlight two days ago for the first time, and now it runs great.

Can this light swivel to be aimed precisely, or are there just a few detent positions that it clicks into?

It can be moved up and down to any angle but there are only a few positions that it clicks into horizontally. Overall, I found this to be sufficient to cover any angle I needed.
