Easy to apply
This sealant was so easy to work with. It went on fast and smooth. 5 stars

Does not last
Looked great after I applied it in April, but was already washed off by October. Don't waste your money on this.

Disappointing
Tried this brand for grout bc of some + reviews, easy application, and 'no strong odor'. It's easy to apply, but performance is disappointing: with 2 or even 3 coats (not absorbed, interestingly), it does not repel liquids as 'well' as pictured on the bottle, only barely; liquid must be wiped off immediately, or it will penetrate the grout. Appears that I hv to try to find another sealant that actually works, and is easy to apply. (I should have returned it within the allowed time period)

Great product
Easy to use and apply. So far it does a great job at repelling the water of the cement tiles. Will see how it performs over time.

Garbage. Stay away.
This product looks and acts like clear water. No smell, no consistency, doesn’t create a protective surface. I wonder which “contractor” will use it? Don’t waist your time and money. Try anything else on the market.
