Good quality but a bit small
I love the quality of it but its kinda small ao if you think your medium you migth want to get the large and if you think you should get the small get the medium instead ..i got the wrong size i ordered medium i weigh 170 pounds and im 5'7 i need a large.

165 lbs, 5'10", jean size 30, Small fit perfect. Trust size chart.
165 lbs, 5'10", jean size 30 a little loose in my belt area, and size small of this item fits perfectly, snug but certainly not overly so. I didn't even have to adjust strap right out the box so it can be looser if i wanted it to. The comments saying to size up are wild. The sizing chart in waist inches works to a T, the lbs part of the size chart is ignorable. The same lbs at different heights would drastically change waist circumference, and you're trying to get the belt strap to fit so go by waist size not lbs.

Tight fit.
I'm a bigger guy weighing between 270 and 280. It was hard to get on comfortably but once on it fit well. The belly does hang over a bit but that is a problem with me not the product. Does protect well when hit.

Great, but could be better quality
This is a great groin protector, and at a great price. I think this might be the first time I did not have to alter the leg straps. The only downside is the plastic covering, it rips very easy. There were two holes in less than a months time.

Easy to put on. Only protects groin and mid lower abdomen (pounch area). Wish I can wear these in a fight. But I just wear it for sparring.
