Q: Doesn't have the metal bar at the end to make the cuff tighter by pulling it through it. How hard/easy is it to put it properly on your arm, YOURSELF?

It is very easy to put on by yourself. It is stiffer than the old fabric cuffs. I tried it several times just to be sure. Put it under your armpit and hold your arm firmly to your rib cage. Wrap with other arm. I generally cheat. I have a pen mark on the cuff that shows my size. I close the cuff and then slip it on like a bracelet. Voila.

Q: Is it able to be used by one person along with adscope 603?

The 703 is designed for professional use – a healthcare professional measuring BP with a scope on a patient. It is not designed for self measurement. However, if a separate DBar style cuff is purchased with a single tube it can be used for self measurement but we don’t recommend it

Q: I take 75 bp a day.Does the velcro last?

I had no problem with the velcro, it was actually pretty secure, but I only used it about 10 x daily. I think it would last from my experience.
