Got this for the athletes in the family, to be honest I didn't expect much for the price. But they are all extremely happy with it, it seems well-made comes with a great case and so far they've got a lot of use from it.

This is actually my second Sonic Handheld Percussion Massage Gun. My first one worked well for a long time but eventually failed after a couple of years. Because I liked how it performed at the beginning, I decided to buy another one.Unfortunately, during normal use, the new unit’s motor suddenly made a loud pop sound and completely stopped working.I immediately reached out to the company with my order details and even provided the serial number. I followed their instructions, filled out their replacement form multiple times, and also contacted their call centre. They promised a link to upload a video — but I never received it.It has been a long time and I still haven’t received a clear response or resolution. At this point, it feels like I’m being ignored, which is extremely disappointing and frustrating.The massage gun itself worked well at first, but the lack of support after it failed makes it impossible for me to recommend.

I had high hopes for this massage gun, with so many good reviews. Plus, the company that makes it offers a lifetime guarantee- what's not to love? (You have to register it first on a website, to get the lifetime guarantee which, when you do, you supposedly get sent a free massage ball. I didn't get sent one.) Well, after 3 short uses, I noticed there was something inside rattling around when the gun's moved about. Something must have broken off or sheared off. Unfortunately, it meant when the gun was switched on, it made a lot of noise and vibration. I looked at the single star reviews of the product and realised this is a fault that has happened to more than just me. I could have got a replacement, but as it had broken with less than a total of 15 minutes use, I wasn't going to risk the same fault happening over and over again and me spending my life keep asking for replacements. I sent it back, for the price I expected a lot better.

The product when purchase then working was working fine but now after 2 months .it not working properly

I liked the product it works really well and is quite powerful enough for what i need, i dissliked the quality of the charger that came apart in my 13amp socket as shown in picture, after lifepro failed to correct this issue they agreed to refund me, but after 8 weeks i still have not recieved my refund.
