Great item, just be prepared for a challenging replacement!
Item just as described. Must be OEM, even has the Samsung logo. Fit my Galaxy S6 (G920T, but should work on all S6 models) perfectly. Does not come the replacement adhesive for around the edge of the screen which you can find elsewhere on Amazon. That said, replacing the LCD & touch screen on a S6 is NOT a simple task. There are multiple layers of adhesive to separate and the last one (which attaches the screen to the front bracket) is very tricky. If you are doing this yourself for the first time, watch several good videos and take your time.

As described, worked great!
Installation was straight forward, just watch the youtube videos on removing the screen. I used a hobby heat gun to get the adhesive loose. Installed 3 weeks ago and still no issue, the edges are a little recessed now, but barely noticeable. Overall, very satisfied.
