Oplatki Christmas Wafers 3 White 1 Pink with Envelope (3 Pack)

Oplatki has been a part of my family’s Christmas Eve tradition my entire life. I continue this tradition with my family and usually depend on family members sending it to me from our old parish back home. I thought I would give this seller a try and I am glad I did. I am very happy as it is just like the wafers we get from home. They were all intact not even one little flake off.

This product was really slow on coming. Although I ordered it weeks in advance, it did not come on time. Very disappointed with that.

The communion-like taste, the fragility of the wafer, this is what I remember from days gone by. At my maternal grandmother's, the wafer was dipped in honey before eating. Thanks for making opłatki available to those of us who wish to continue the old practices.

My family used to share these at holidays when I was younger, and I thought these wafers would bring back some happy memories this Christmas. I was nervous about ordering such a delicate product after I read about some other brands arriving crushed or broken. These wafers were packed well and sealed in plastic, so I was pleased. They were not stale either.

I had read many reviews before ordering as I know how fragile Oplatki is. My order arrived inside two padded mailers. Not one crack or flake out of place. I attribute this to the seller and the one who delivered it with care.

I have bought these Oplatki from this supplier twice now. They came promptly. They appeared to we quite fresh, tasted well and broke apart easily as required. I would buy them again. Before I found them here through Amazon, it was difficult the get them in the US. I particularly want my first generation American children to also appreciate the traditions from their ancestors in Poland.
