Similar to slightly older versions of MS Office, with just a few less features. Easy to learn. Can embed music or video in PPT type presentations. Really great price as opposed to MS Office stuff which has just served to make Bill Gates one of the richest men in the world by over-charging for his products. :-(I have not needed any tech support, so did not rate that part of it.I would buy this over MS Office any day, if for no reason than to break the MS monopoly. BG and MS need to lower prices.

I bought this program as an alternative to Microsoft Word as Microsoft only allows you to subscribe to theirs now, requiring an annual payment of $100. Also, this program allows for use on 5 computers rather than just 3 I just got the program and have not had the chance to become familiar with all of its features yet.

I bought it thinking it a replacement for Windows 10 Pro Office suite, which it isn't!

Not compatible

Had the free 2018 version which worked okay, but I was considering the $100 upgrade to Pro 2021. I had originally not taken the deal to upgrade a lot cheaper, but it came up again for only $39.99 and that include VAT and a freebie called CleverPrint that I've installed, but not tried (but it does look pretty slick, based on a few tutorial screens). Overall, I like SoftMaker a lot. The only thing I haven't figured out yet is dragging an area of the Planner spreadsheet. Sometimes, it replaces every cell with the left uppermost, sometimes it sequences the numbers and sometimes it just marks the block so I may copy or cut. It's probably ME, since I retired going on 2 years ago and I need a little brushing-up.

Very unhappy with this product. This is neither user friendly or have any bookkeeping programs ready to use. I asked the seller before I bought it and they said yes on both counts. I only wish I'd downloaded to check it out when I got it, now I'm stuck with it. I feel like I was robbed :(
