Try one to see if this is for you. Good for what it is.
Indulgence at 260 calories. I like the taste, but there is always a slight bitter taste to sesame seeds. Probably why there is a high sugar content. Even my husband likes them. Not an everyday treat due to the calories.

The Genuine Halvah of My Childhood
The halvah of my childhood. Always bought halvah in bulk when I was a kid, and this is the closest to the real thing I've found. It is SO good. And my mom, who is addicted to sweets can eat these with a tad less guilt, as she is getting SOME nutrition, as well! (Just have a wet napkin or paper towel handy, as the sesame seeds make them oily, and they're also sticky, so you'll need to do some clean-up!)

Disgusting
Terrible! I should have trusted the reviews! This is not the Halvah I got only a few years ago and remember as a kid. It is very oily, the "marble" is barely discernable, and made my husband sick. We threw them away. This smaller size is a disgusting mess. I don't know what they've done, but be warned, you will likely not be happy with it.

JOYVA HALVA YUMMM
I have been enjoying Joyva Halva many years & I’m 84. I was so happy to see it on Amazon that I ordered it many times; large marble and multiple bars, marble & chocolate covered YUMMMM BUTT ya gotta wrap em in paper towels (lots of oil) and keep refrigerated!!
