I am very happy with the purchase. I am a Pcod person, where I was facing menstrual issue. I did not seek for medication as I think my weight is fine and my reports might be something I may need to take medicine. Since I don't want to addict my body organ to a medicine is the reason I choose to have green tea that can helpy menstrual issue. It took sometime for my Pcod menstrual days come back every month normally. Added to this, I also did continue doing yoga as a beginner which really helped in all.
