Expensive but a great product for someone who doesn't consume animal flesh.

Some one told me to take this product for muscle spasms, which can be horrendous at my hamstrings and pectineus muscles. I cannot be sure if it's attributed to these vitamin E caps with tocotrienols, but my spasms have decreased by up to 85% if not 90%.

Contains the right ingredients needed for the body. Doesn’t contain added junk like most cheaper vitamins. Yes it’s more expensive but you get what you pay for. These are gel capsules not soft gels.
