Full foot insert that is true to size and fits well in a variety of shoes, just be sure to remove the original inserts before placing in the new supports. This is specific to low arches and helps alleviate the associated pain and discomfort that comes with flat feet and more. While it does not replace a custom fitted orthotics, it will help address some nagging chronic foot pain.

For females, not recommended For dress shoes or high heels. Perfect for sneakers. It really helps tired feet, the arch support does a trick with relieving plantar fasciitis. Finally a pair of insoles that fit my feet. I have feet that are on the flatter side and these are great. My feet were achy maybe the first day but conformed quickly unlike others I had tried.

These do a good job correcting for overpronation and fallen arches without requiring a long adjustment to get used to them. Prescribed by my physician and they work well, reduce the amount of pain from walking/standing for long periods. I notice minimal difference among the neutral, low, high, max, etc models they market - all feel and work equally well. Just get the right size to fit your shoe.
