Very good value for money

Will apparently take a good few weeks to notice any difference. After purchasing on impulse...I'm a bit concerned that the supplied 4000iu strength...being recommended max safe limit....may be too much day by day.. esp on top of any sun (lol) & whatever you consume. Though as it gets stored in the body...there's no reason why they can't be taken every other day..etc.Some reviewers have complained these weren't sealed. I opened the bottle I received & also found there was no seal to peel off. Then I found the seal inside the cap...clearly there was an issue with the seal not being glued properly.Taste? They taste absolutely fantastic stuck in the middle of a burger.I like the fact that they're made in the UK..Don't know if they're a small business but supporting them would be a bonus too. A years supply? (and some of you take them every so often)....can't be bad.

These are perfectly fine, and are smaller than an Aspirin so easy to swallow. I'm hoping they are as effective as the gel type capsules that we have taken for years. They are supplied in the plastic bottle, so easy to keep and dispense. (unlike some that are only supplied in a zip lock pouch.)
