Delicious!
This sauce is tangy, a little sweet and overall delicious! I drizzled it on my homemade chicken pizza and it took it to the next level. I'm excited to try this sauce with so many other recipes. Would highly recommend!

Excellent for substitutions
I used it for my grilled Thai coconut chicken skewers.. It called for oyster sauce and so I used some of this tamarind oh instead. I also added it to my coconut cream glaze and my peanut sauce. It was so good! My brother tried some and he mixed it with the the mango chili medley, and he said it was a perfect match! It balanced out the spice a bit, but you could still enjoy the heat. I'll enjoy this over coconut rice.

Arrived Broken
I opened the bag and the tamarind sauce was all over the inside of the bag. Either the lid was broken or the jar was, but somehow all the tamarind sauce was all over the inside of the bag. Couldn't even get the jar out of the bag. What a MESS!

Very versatile!
The Essie Spice Tamarind Oh Sauce has the right name. It is oh so flavorful and versatile! It is a treat on pork and seafood and as a marinade for chicken and poultry, in addition to being a bit of extra zing for hot or cold beverages. It's my go-to favorite with hibiscus tea, cinnamon, ginger, and a dash of Cayenne pepper tincture. The possibilities are endless.
