It was quite the read! I discovered RZA’s “Tao of Wu” while on a journey to learn more about the Wu on desertcart and that is how I was brought to this specific book. I really like watching the Wu Tang performance at Coachella 2013 on YouTube (not sure how each member felt about performing there, but they shined). I watch that often to get pumped up for my daily tasks and to get motivation. They really are deep and that is why I enjoy supporting their mission/works of art. RZA makes this book easy to follow and fills it with such great details. I liked the pictures in this book very much. I enjoyed reading upon his and his fellow members’ journeys in the game. I like to know what I am listening to and what the artists stand for and are about. I like how RZA states that each members’ voice in Wu Tang represents an instrument. I used to be a classical musician, along with rock musician, playing in symphonies and orchestras in my K-12 days of schooling and can totally hear what he is saying when he refers to each member being an instrument. It’s true. Each voice is truly gifted and makes up the orchestra of what is called Wu Tang. I am unable to attend the "New York State of Mind" tour, but you bet I will be at another one as soon as I can save up to buy a newer car that is more reliable to drive to a venue that is as far away as Atlantic City (that's the closest venue to me in addition to Brooklyn). I heard that there is a final album in the making and I can't wait. I recommend this book highly. It’s a great read and very easy to follow. Review: WU-LOVE - EVERYONE that has any love for the WU-TANG NATION would love this book. I’m hooked and can’t wait to read the rest of RZA’s body of work, along with the rest of the Wu-Teachings. Thank you, RZA and the rest of The Clan for keeping me going and feeding my mind, body and spirit. I love you!

Great content - a must have

EVERYONE that has any love for the WU-TANG NATION would love this book. I’m hooked and can’t wait to read the rest of RZA’s body of work, along with the rest of the Wu-Teachings. Thank you, RZA and the rest of The Clan for keeping me going and feeding my mind, body and spirit. I love you!

The RZA is genius
Whether you like WU-TANG or not this book is fantastic. The books is a fantastic story about life in NYC, how the members met, grew up and their life experiences. Besides being a wu-tang fan I have read many auto-biographies and biographies and few begin to compare to the wu-manual. The book is fun, exciting, dramatic, captivating and inspiring. If your even thinking about purchasing this book just stop and buy it its worth the cream. My first copy I spilled a drink on and ruined it. I didn't think twice about purchasing another copy.

Slightly damaged
The cover of the book is damaged enough to be an annoyance but not bad enough to go through the trouble of sending it back and getting a new one especially when theres a chance the replacement could be the same way or in even worse condition. For buying this brand new I expect it to be in perfect condition

Gutes Buch. Beim Lesen erhält man viele Hintergrund Infos. Viele Absätze sind mit Zitaten untermalt. Das Buch lässt sich gut lesen und ist für jeden der mehr über den Wu-Tang Clan erfahren will ein muss. Man erhält Einblicke in Texte und vieles mehr. Kann ich nur empfehlen.
