Big improvement
I replaced the original (2005) running lights on my Harley with these - it's amazing how yellow the originals looked compared to these! I still have the original headlight at the moment, so the comparison is obvious.They fit well, although they are snug in the housing. I had to install male terminals on the ends of the wires, but it was simple beyond that.I haven't ridden it at night yet, but I'm sure these will brighten the road noticeably.

Needed a little modding to fit stock VTX light bar.
i read a few of the previous reviews and saw where these were a direct fit into the VTX bar, but that was not my experience. the bulbs back frame is about 1/8th inch larger diameter than the VTX bar housing, so i had to use a Dremel to modify the housing to accommodate the lights. took about 15 min with a steel grinding bur to remove enough material from the housing for the bulbs to drop right in then i used a sanding disc to clean up the sharp edge of the metal. used two environmental (waterproof) butt splices per light for an easy connection to stock wiring. they compliment the LED headlight perfectly and look great with plenty of added illumination.

My HOG now sees farther than ever and looks better than ever
I love the fit and finish and these lights work as advertised. The black matches my 7" headlights as a plus!

Super Bright
Installed these on my 1990 Harley Ultra Classic, These are super bright almost too bright, Don't turn them on with on coming traffic. Great for driving at night on country roads.
