I saw a review about height being a factor: I am 5'7" with the Red-80lb set, so this review should be read with that in mind.Use:I've used this daily for under 2 weeks now and I'm finding some exercises easier to do than when I first started! The booklet for set up and workout routines also list what muscles are trained, so you cam mix a bunch of them for your goal.I'm focusing on arms a lot and there's plenty for that, so my routine is going quite well!Storage:Small, compact, and I'm able to do most of them at the foot of the bed. Just take caution to close any open doors and have a good space between you and furniture, if you're doing one that requires stertching outward or turning with the bar.Overall:Happy and satisfied! For those just trying to start out with something, the Red-80lb set is definitely the way to go. I haven't tried the heavier / higher resistance bands (right now I don't need to) but if I end up needing them, you'll probably see me reviewing again

I was skeptical at how well these would perform for home workout compared to real weights in the gym.Happy to say these are excellent for a full workout at home. If you use the right weight of bands and use correct motion you can definitely get a good pump and feel the result.Its important to research the correct weight you need... Most average users will be blue or green camo I feel with advanced users being higher. I opted for green and use both longer bands for squats (at first I was a bit worried to stretch these longer bands to my full standing position (I'm 6foot) but they handle the stretch very well no issues and I can complete squats fully.The way the bands can be clipped on and off is really good and easy to use. The option is there to buy different weighted bands separately if you wish.Performing bench press with the bench chest strap and bar works very well to.I highly recommend this bit of kit.

It broke after 3 months. Really disappointing. I was doing a row with it and it snapped. Wouldn't recommend if it breaks this quickly.Edit: After contacting them, they sent me a replacement bench press set within 2 days. I'm still disappointed it broke, but I'm pleased with their quick and responsive customer service. Upgrading the review to 4 stars because I really like the equipment, hopefully this band set proves more resilient!

OK, I'll admit I was skeptical to start as there's plenty of criticism on social media but I will say that I'm pleasantly surprised.Well built and sturdy so decent enough quality. Provides different resistance levels for different exercises and plenty of exercises can be done using it. Combined with bodyweight exercises and heavy bag work, it ticks all the boxes for me as getting to a gym is an impossibility due to work and I train Krav maga in the evenings.Will it replace a gym if you are a serious bodybuilder.... no. Will it help with muscle tone etc.... yes.Providing you are realistic about what you aim to achieve using it, it's a great bit of kit.

After 3 uses one of the bands snapped, and I am by no means that strong.Picture shows good one vs broken one.Customer service has been excellent and they are committed to fixing any issues, a full refund was provided immediately and customer service has followed up for more information that may help with product improvement.I gave them a 2nd chance and the equipment has been very effective and faultless over a long period.

Everything was great. Worked perfectly as I wished it would. Then literally the 31 days after purchase, one of the bands snap under no more than half the pressure. I figure I'll finish my workout and start a return after I've finished. Then, exactly the same thing happens with another band.Absolute joke and a complete scam. Reading a lot of reviews saying it snapped just after the return period ends.DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Straps keep snapping a let down had high hopes when first got this 5/10

This set makes it so easy to work out at home with a good range of exercises. You can also buy additional products to increase the breadth of exercises as well. I bought the Blue Camo set and this works extremely well for me as a mid-50s male. You can definitely feel that your muscles are being given a good work out.
