Really helps balance my sleep!

excellent for anxiety and more effective than any other ashwaganda projects

Only been taking a couple of nights but it seems to have a difference on the quality of sleep. Not so much tossing and turning. Feeling more well rested when I wake up.

I have taken prescription sleeping meds for years. I tried this and miraculously had a good sleep. I do try to relax before bed, get off the phone and TV and listen to relaxing music. I have used it about 4 times. Only one night I woke up and couldn’t go back to sleep at 3am.

When I take two of these along with two of "NIGHT", I get a good restful sleep.
