Elegant faucet and really gave an upgrade to the bathroom sink. If you are replacing a faucet with this one - this faucet does not come with a deck plate. This means if you have 3 holes cut out of your countertop, you won’t be able to cover them unless you order a deck plate from somewhere. Most faucets I have purchased come with a deck plate. Anyway if you need to buy a deck plate, I think a square one looks good with this faucet. They also come in an oval shape

I am trying to buy more of these because they are beautiful. I bought 1st two from Wayfair and bought 3rd from Amazon because I could get it quicker. They are so heavy they can't be junk. I found out the manufacture is selling through Amazon as far as I can tell which I like. Can't understand the low ratings. Mine were all brushed Nickle. I didn't buy a 3rd faucet because I thought they were junk. Had two working well since February and May 2022. Actually bought the first because it resembled a 800 or so faucet at one of the "fofo" home stuff (tile, vanities, faucets, mirrors) stores, where people go to waste money buying over priced goods. Sad thing is over time the price has increased 20%, but fyi manufacture, over that same period my pay didn't go up 20% or even 1%, so not fare your making it harder for me to get what I need at a fair price. Watched contractors install them and they seem well engineered to make it easy for the installer. Other customers, please keep writing bad reviews so the manufacture feels bad and lowers their prices so I can get deals.

Great style. Nice to have hoses preinstalled - hoses should be longer. They were 1 inch short of reaching the shut off valves so I had to go out and buy extensions. Great match for the Kibi four hole cube roman tub faucet and hand shower I previously purchased.

High quality and very sturdy. This is my second kibi faucet and love the quality and price!

Color is faded and uneven. Very poor quality. I’m very dissatisfied with this product.

Started to discolor and water spot after a few days

This is a really nice faucet and we’re very pleased with it. Observations: *It a good-looking faucet. [We have another bathroom faucet that looks nearly identical to this one, with the difference being that it has a solid handle rather than the rectangular cut-out that this one has. We haven’t decided which we like better 😊] *It has good water flow and is quiet when running, even at full flow. *If you’re at least somewhat handy around the house, you’ll likely have no problem installing it yourself. *The hoses are a good length ― a little longer than the hoses that come with some other faucets we’ve gotten over the years. *This is the heaviest bathroom faucet I’ve gotten over the past year [we have four bathroom sinks and I’ve gotten new faucets for all of them]. Gives the impression that it is solidly built and will last. *We did not use the included pop-up drain since it is for sinks that have overflow holes. We got a different black one that is for sinks that do not have overflow holes.
