Original Replacement for PSP 3000 3001 LCD Screen+complete Tools

I was so mad that my screen broke. The only thing I could do was plug it in the tv to use my PSP. Until I looked up the replacement on Amazon. It works great! It was easy to install, yes you still have to have patience; it's not like replacing batteries in a remote, you need to watch the videos on YouTube to really know what your getting into. But if you mess it up, you would have to buy a new one anyways. Lucky enough my husband can fix anything. Thank you so much for a fast and speedy package. Also loved that it came with tools for you to use.

This was great for me an a lot cheaper then Sony's repair service, but the screen I received was covered with scratches and fingerprints - obviously used at some point.Technically the seller never said if this was used or new, but it would have been good to know the screen was used.On the plus side, it came with all the tools and works great! The lack of instructions was no big deal, lots of tutorials online.

It's been about two years since I've used my old PSP after the screen broke. After I realized that getting the screen replaced would be expensive from a source I cannot recall at this point, I forgot about it - until my sister reminded me about it earlier this week. I found this screen for a reasonable price and thought that it would be a great idea to finally fix it. I ordered the product and it arrived this afternoon. After an hour of unscrewing, screwing, and connecting certain parts, the screen finally functioned. While I cannot say yet that it's not faulty due to only having it for a couple of hours, I am content. I'll be sure to return in a few weeks to comment on the screen's durability.The only reason I didn't give this product 5 stars was due to the lack of instructions in my order; I had to look up various Youtube videos to figure out how to change the screens properly. In addition, the screwdrivers that came with the screen did not work well; luckily, my mother has a plethora of spare screwdrivers of the appropriate size I had at my disposal. Plus, I got a random keychain and what appears to be a guitar pick included? I question the product description.Regardless, if your PSP has a broken screen, then look no further: this product works - and it's not an expensive choice at all.

We received the package, but it was not wrapped properly. Anyone could open the botton of the box and retrieve its contents. No tape on the seams. The screens were USED. There were some light scratches and fingerprints on one screen, and the long skinny strip ribbon was loose so when we went to insert, it came off the screen. The second one with this order was also used with some light scratches and when we put them in, part the botton right/left screen was not working. It's not us, the screens were used or refurbished instead of new like I had ordered. I guess I got what I had paid for.

Ive repaired many PSPs in the past and this repair went no differently with no issues. The screen works and is playable but shows discoloration and graphical problems whenever too much of any one main color of red, blue, or green, is on the screen. Poor quality replacement. Will not buy again.

This is the one! My 4 year old was carrying my 6 year old's PSP using her shoes on her hands. Needless to say it dropped and cracked the LCD. We were distraught. This is the right part, have no doubt. Shipped promptly, came within a reasonable amount of time with tools, but did not have instructions. Like the other reviewer stated, look it up on Youtube:[...]and you are good to go! My husband did it and it looks fantastic! Thanks to this seller!!!!!!!!

Seemed like a good price for an Original manufacturer. However, the part came with no instructions. I could not have repaired it if it were not for Internet videos I found. The screen was scratched, just as others have noted. I think they are selling either used or factory blemished merchandise. I don't know how well 3rd party versions work. I did not feel like taking the unit back apart and requesting a refund or a new screen. I think that is what the seller is banking on. Two stars subtracted for scratches and no instructions.

This was by far the best investment I made for my son's PSP. He broke his screen when he dropped his hand held and this was so much cheaper than trying to buy another PSP to replace it. The directions were easy to follow and the PSP displays like it is brand new.
