The very best for keeping your cat safe but comfy!
Absolutely love this kitty holster! This is my 4th Kitty Holster, won’t use anything else. Well made, Velcro adjustable neck and chest straps ensure good, ESCAPE PROOF fit! Reflective strips helps when we take our evening walks. Wide strap around body is comfortable and doesn’t bind or rub, neck strap is thin enough but still secure

An Adventure Cat Essential!
This thing is awesome - we got a second cat and had to immediately get a second Kitty Holster. Every other cat harness either has a buckle that snaps and startles the cat, or has two permanent leg-holes that you're supposed to somehow wrangle the cat's front limbs into. This one is different and worth the price just for the ability to attack from above! Just place the harness on kitty's back and wrap it around. Quick, easy, secure. The Velcro is VERY strong - one time our cat got spooked (encountered a horse for the first time) and sprinted off in an absolute panic, but the harness didn't budge and she stayed safely attached to us at the other end of the leash. The sizing is generous - our adult cat (in photos) weighs 9.5 lbs and the XS fits perfectly. New kitten is 4 months old, 3 lbs, and the XS is way too big. If your cat has never worn a harness before, it will probably flop over as if paralyzed when you first put it on - it takes A LOT of practice for kitty to realize he can still walk with a harness on. For our cat, the harness has a calming effect, like a swaddling blanket. The reflective strips are really good quality and add an extra layer of security at night. The pink is neon pink! The yellow is not neon yellow, but is a nice bright yellow anyway. With the right cat personality, and plenty of patience and treats, this is the perfect tool to help your cat develop into an adventure cat!

Wide neck strap
Looks like great quality. I have a small framed but plump cat. The neck strap is far too wide for her. The velcro is strong and stitching looks good.

Best Cat Harness EVER
I bought two of these for my cats, one an average size girl, and one a 23-lb (he's just a big guy!) goof. My girl is hellbent of finding anyway to escape and seek unguided adventures, so this truly is lifesaving for her. Although it comes with a well-written guide on how to acclimate your cat to the harness, we jumped in head first. She adapted like a dream. You would never have known that she'd never worn a harness before. The Kitty Holster with a very long cat lead lets her satisfy her roaming desires while staying safely attached to mom. I love the reflective strip--an added safety element. The XL version arrived last night and I immediately popped it on Norman, the big guy. He's had harness experience before, but was never really comfortable with it. Again, he was content and completely unbothered. The wide velcro attachments across the chest and abdomen mean that you can adapt (within the size) so that it fits securely on your cat, and the velcro is serious. My escape artist isn't going to get this off. Thank you for creating a product that allows my cats to remain safe while still getting adventure time.

My cat is so happy!!
The media could not be loaded. My cat can now can come on walks with me and enjoy the outdoors safely! I’ve tried a lot of harnesses and the vest style is the best design to prevent your cat from pulling backwards against the leash and getting out of it. If you put it on snug enough, they really can’t, at least not easily. The reflective stripe is an added measure of safety in case they do get loose, but I would never suggest tying your cat outside and thinking he couldn’t escape. It functions great for my purpose of giving my cat a little freedom but within reason. I keep the vest loose because my cat pretty much stays with me during our walks and I let him trail a 20’ rope behind him and if he does run or head into the woods after a chipmunk I can grab it and reel him back or go pick him up before he gets too far. It’s super easy to put on and the Velcro makes it totally adjustable. It’s a great value and very well made. I have two in the bright colors of pink and orange for best visibility!

Love the Kitty Holster Harnesses!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I have several kitty holsters, but needed a new one because the Cat Distribution System (CDS) blessed our family with two new additions (only one will let me put a harness on him). I picked this one because it's hilarious to see my Sebastian as a Safety Manager. The second he hears the velcro he runs to me and once the vest is on, he struts around proudly. The velcro is strong and the vest is accommodating enough for his frame that he can still run and jump with ease.

Kitty straight jacket!
I bought this because it stated in an outside review that it was designed for cat amputees. It does in fact fit on an amputee yet it also made my cat a potato meaning all she did was flop over. I will admit this particular cat has been an inside/outside cat for it's entire life. Yet I have trained all of my personal cat with harnesses. I used another one the same cat originally yet because she is use to going outside without supervision she was not all the keen to it making me afraid she might work her way out of the one I was using prior. There was no slipping out of this one I purchased yet I do believe that part is because this is so bulky. The other part is due to the bulkiness she simply was not moving; no, I did not have it to tight, she just looked and acted like she was in a straight jacket.I did purchase another one that is much nicer and she seems to like that one better yet training a cat to a harness is like saddle breaking a horse so be patient and let the cat do as it wants or not....this means don't force it to do something it does not want to. Trust is the biggest issue when training any animal.
