They work! Both bulbs are UV blacklights that make fluorescent pigments glow. I needed E12 bulbs to fit my desk lamp, and they’re the right size. The clear, pointy part of the lightbulb is a plastic cover that came as a separate piece in the box, but it clicked into place easily and feels secure now. It’s also brighter than I expected, which is neat.

These UV bulbs light up the base of my Fenton Custard poppy lamp pretty well. Great price too!

They are not overly bright, but they are low wattage… they are a black light and do make things glow

These bulbs are long lasting, and put off a pink hue. Not a true black light. But they stay cool and haven’t burned out, in a teenagers bedroom, in over a year.
