MSM is a natural form of organic sulfur found in the body responsible for the formation of bodily proteins. This blend not only contains high-quality MSM, but also three types of Vitamin B, Bioflavonoids, and Vitamin C, which is mandatory for any absorption of MSM to occur.

huh?
I wrote a long review explaining about quality vitamin E as that is the product pictured here, but i see the heading of the entry says MSM. I already wrote a review of that product, so am not sure what to do. I'm going to paste in the Vitamin E review here below. There are a number of chemicals that can be sold as "vitamin E". Ideally, E is a family of chemicals like the way the B's are. There's a cheapo that's not worth much called DL alpha tocopherol (D and L mean right and left, referring to the orientation of the mollecule, which affects the "fit" into receptor sites. still with me?) so read the back label especially at big-box stores and walmart etc. Then there are various better ones. All have the "D" alpha tocopherol without the "L", but many add other tocopherols , and next level up, some also contain the "tocotrienols" (sp?) also part of the E spectrum. They belong together, so it seems sensible to take a balanced combination. This is a good one as far as I can see. Another similar combo is Carlson's E-Gems Elite, their top of the line. Balance and absorb-ability ("bio-availability") are the name of the game. Otherwise the MD's would be right, it's just expensive urine. Sometimes quality affects the price. I have some supplements I only take 2, or 3 times a week, like the E, K-2, and my pro-biotics. I would rather do that than take an inferior product every day.
