I have been using Creamint alongside Testoraise for the last month and have found that using these two products in combination has given me the best results and allowed me to achieve results beyond expectations. I am 39 years old and I lift regularly (5 times a week) and use different supplements at different times. I have used Creatine at different times over the last 20 years (usually going back to monohydrate) and found that it often gives me a small boost in strength but this is not sustained. My main issue is reaching a plateau in my lifts and not being able to break past a certain weight barrier whatever I do.Using these supplements over the last month I have found:1. I have broken through my plateaus. Bench Press 115kg has increased to 130kg (PB). Squat 150kg has increased to 170kg. Deadlift 160kg has increased to 180kg.2. Strength. All my lifts have increased in weight and I FEEL stronger.3. Motivation. I have felt more motivated during my sessions. I have more energy and drive (although this is also helped by increasing my lifts continuously and hitting PB's)4. Ease. The mints are easy to grab and eat in the car on the way to the gym. Just like sucking on an extra strong mint. They also taste good.5. Sustained improvements. I was only planning to use these supplements for a month while focussing on a strength period but now I am excited by the numbers that I am lifting so I have decided to continue to see what further improvements I can make.6. Renewed enthusiasm. I was becoming frustrated at not being able to make any gains and thought that it might be age-related or that I had "reached my maximum" but seeing such improvement has sparked my enthusiasm to strive for more and set higher goals.

Arrived quicker than expected.First impressions, bigger and heavier tub than expected, so feel I'm getting great value for money.Taste, awesome, like a trebor extra strong mint, very tasty. Maybe too tasty.Performance, only done 3 sessions but feel a marked step up on quality. Getting a few extra reps out on each exercise and feel a little more buff when I look in the mirror.So far 5 out of 5 stars and cant wait to see how it goes over the next few weeks.

Taste great, good product

Using creatine in tablet form is so much more convenient! Has a nice strong minty taste and great results so far! Reminds me of Trebor mints with added gainssss!!

Love these CreaMints. Bought my first tub a couple of weeks ago. Have not found any other creatine tablets like this before. Much more convenient than taking the plain powder and actually taste nice. Mint taste is not overpowering either.

I've been combining Testoraise, Thermoblaze and Cremint for a few weeks and I'm delighted with the results. My energy levels and strength have increased, and my body fat has reduced significantly (especially around my lower abs). I would 100% recommend these supplements along with the Adrian James Bootcamp and HIIT apps as you can work out at home, and it feels like having Adrian as a personal trainer pushing you to the limit!
