Great work out
Great work out , heart rate gets up pretty fast and can get vert high fast if your not careful. I'm over 55 and enjoy doing moves with music , very sturdy and tight around my ankles. Like very much, something I can do by myself and get good exercise on my thighs, calves and trying to find a 6 pack or at least a 4 pack 👍

I think the concept is good, But they are extremely Heavy, maybe better on your joints when running, but it can also throw your knee out because of how Heavy they are....

I read somewhere that the springs would be stiff at first and that it would take a little while to work them in......especially if you are already a lightweight person. So I am not surprised this is so. However, I am truly liking the workout they give! I've searched for something for two years since my serious accident, that will allow my knees to do something without pain or more damage to them. My knees and joints are loving these!

Sizes not accurate and always check the clasping hardware before use.
The sizes are not accurate I wear a woman's 7.5 and I ended up returning these. There was way too much room in the foot. The smells that say are for up to only a six six women's however fit great.The buckles are plastic and the metal pin that closes the buckle will slide and not allow you to lock it, I find it was just a defect for this pair. This is the pair I returned and the smaller ones have no problems.

Loving my jump boots
I read a ton of reviews and decided to go with the slightly more expensive brand. My Kangaroo Jump Boots are awesome and they don't hurt around the ankle as I heard regarding other brands. The boot is heavy and learning to balance and stand still in them is the greatest challenge. Nonetheless the challenge is worth it. I can feel a work out throughout my body just from wearing them a couple of hours and just walking. I had a concern with one of my boots and this vendor was awesome in resolving my fix and ensuring that my boots met 100% satisfaction.I am now going to invest in one of the bags as I really like having my boots handy and ready to wear for an awesome workout.
