It really works, just pump a drop in ur palm and gently massage with finger tips in ur beard and then brush with boar bristle brush in it, you will see the beard is easy to tame ,conditioned and soft.

This serum makes my beard manageable & nice & shiny. Also it smells great. My wife likes the way it smells which can be a deal breaker if she doesn't like the smell, so this one is a keeper for sure.

No the quality is not up to the expectations

Its okay. Smells decent. Very thin serum. Have to use quite a bit for it to be effective. Won't be buying it again. It is non greasy, but takes a while to work into the beard. My old serum worked great..it was thick and easy to work in, and didnt take much. Not made anymore so i am in a search for a replacement. This wasn't it.
