This combination of herbs and supplements is perfect for me. I was in the hospital with sepsis and these where the supplements that my infectious disease doctor ordered to help me build my immune system. I'm very happy having something that has all of this in one capsule.

Always looking for elderberry & zinc that's not full of other ingredients that are inflammatory/not needed at all (guys fillers omega 6 oils etc) and this is the one!

I like the product, but I do not like having to take three capsules. However, I would still recommend it.

Great so far and feels really clean

I was having a couple of days when I could tell something was trying to bring my body down, so I opened this jar and began to take these capsules. Within a day I was feeling better. Happened twice. Hmmm. PILL SIZE These pills are different than some in that they have light purple powder instead of the usual white. The size is average and easily swallowed. ANY BAD EFFECTS? I had no issues with burping, digestive upset, or headaches taking these. DID THEY HELP? I have to say, I started taking these after feeling a bit off and I was feeling better. Thinking it was just coincidence, I stopped. I started feeling off again and after taking them again, I felt better. I will continue through the bottle from this point on. They seem to be helping, as nothing else changed. It is just entering fall right now and getting very cold, so it does not hurt to keep taking these. THE BOTTOM LINE This jar is easy to store, has decent amount of product and they do seem to help. MY RATING FIVE STARS. I like the combination of ingredients as it helps boost me a bit over what I usually take of these supplements.

About four months ago, I was offered a free 90-capsule jar of Codeage Elderberry Immune Complex for review via the Amazon Vine Program, and I accepted. I'm still relatively new to the benefits of elderberry supplements. I've used an elderberry powder and two types of elderberry syrups. Of course, this Codeage Elderberry Immune Complex is in a more convenient capsule form. These capsules also contain Vitamin C and a high level of both Vitamin D3 and zinc, making them a good general immune complex. But you should be mindful of the levels of Vitamin D3 and zinc this contains as to be sure you're not taking too much of them overall if you also supplement Vitamin D3 or zinc. Each 3-capsule serving contains 2100mg of elderberry fruit extract, 125mcg of Vitamin D (5000 IU), 15mg of Zinc Bisglycinate Chelate and 100mg of Vitamin C. I personally take 5000 IU of Vitamin D daily, so when taking these, I stopped taking my dedicated Vitamin D supplement. Also be careful of the amount of Zinc as 15mg is a good amount in a highly absorbable form. Even a single capsule, which contains a third of that amount, would make a good elderberry and zinc supplement. Overall this supplement seems very good. I think the price is pretty good considering that you can drop your Vitamin D and zinc supplements when taking these. You may even consider just taking a single capsule a day and still get a good amount of elderberry.
