Great stain treatment
I was skeptical, but this works. I have found if I wet the fabric, where the stain is, and wet the bar, then scrub, it works best. On super tough / stubborn stains I use a toothbrush to scrub. Some stains take more work, but this hasn’t let me down yet.

What magic is this?
Had a white microfiber pillow case with 'mystery' orange stains (rust?) and black marks (mildew?) Tried the usual stain removers and some esoteric ones. Nothing worked. This stuff? It's the bomb. Wet the bar, rubbed the spots, waited a bit, rinsed and the stains were history. FYI: the listed ingredients are palm oil soap, coconut fat soap, beef gall (WTF?), chlorophyll, salt and sodium thiosulfate. Glad to have this in my laundry arsenal.

Kind of worked
I had some really stubborn watermelon stains I got this for. It faded them but I still couldn’t get them out after multiple attempts. My stains did sit for awhile before I found this option, so my guess is it would have been better/perfect if I had applied it immediately or at least shortly after the stain happened.

Best all-purpose stain remover by far
This is the best at removing all manner of stains from clothes. I rub some of this soap directly in the fabric then give a little scrub with the laundress brush. Let it sit for a few minutes (or as long as you want) and throw in the regular wash. It has taken care of blood, dirt, food stains, paint, etc. The price is ridiculous but it’s imported so what are you going to do. So much better than any spray or brush on stain remover I have used.Yes, it is not vegan friendly, but come on people. It’s not like they are killing the cows just for this product so might as well use the whole animal. In the grand scheme of things the best thing for the environment is reuse and increasing longevity of clothes by effectively removing stains serves that goal.

Non-toxic Stain helper!
We have a very sensitive household and I will not/cannot use the chemical cleaners. Sadly, many of the enzyme and more "natural" cleaners or stain removers are really not very good, imo. It took a lot of time for me to try several products and I kept going back to this one. (Actually I went back to the "liquid" gall soap. However, the larger bottle is not only recently unavailable but the small container is VERY pricey. So what I went with, was this solid soap.) I have it in an old short mug (I cut the soap in thirds and use 1/3 at a time, which lasts a good length of time) - I drop the soap in the mug and add a little water to soften it. I have a scrub-brush I love - a little round one (from The Honest Company) - and it all fits in the mug. Every time I need to use it I pull it out and add water, mix it with the brush and then apply to the stains. Its a system I created that works for me. And this soap works well on the stains if I scrub, let sit and then wash after 5-10 min. It is not as quick as a spray and wash concept but I can feel good about what I am adding to clean our laundry. Once I got used to it, this method goes pretty easily. It's like a lot of things as we shift into better health awareness: we have to get past our own mental blocks re easy & quick solutions, (with toxic costs to our health). I highly recommend this product!

Extremely Effective
The Sonett Stain Remover Gall Soap was extremely effective with removing long time ink and makeup stains from the inner lining of some of my designer purses which was the reason for my purchase. I also used it to remove newer stains from a white shirt that happened while cleaning brake dust from my car tire rims. I love this product and very happy with this product. Thank you so much to Sonnet and Amazon for this excellent stain remover.
