Bought this for my mother in law who wanted something less challenging. We had bought one which has huge range of options. A great machine, but she is challenged by complex cooking in a microwave. She uses it mostly to heat up food, tea, simple tasks like these. This particular microwave suits her perfectly. Stick in the container set the time and she's done.

Product not working using after two and half years only

Value for money! Very simple and easy to use. Perfect for heating food and you can bake a cake too! Looks elegant too.

Though good and working fine, it would have been better if there was a visual display for the temperature digits and time limit in minutes and seconds in addition to the sound for those hearing is impaired.

Edited after 1 month of use- product was replaced with the same model- the returned product was found defective- I started using this product now, the knob works perfectly fine and even less than 2 minutes heating also worked fine- no specific abnormal heating issues- one problem is , although it is plugged into 16 amps socket, it trips the power while heating, and I have to reset to on the tripped fuse on the main- overall very dissatisfied with the product experience- changing to 3 stars as heating is working properlyEdited after 1 day usage-Timer knob stopped working- Heating is abnormal, sometimes burns food in 10 secs and sometimes doesnt heat at all after 3 to 4 minutes, both being same setting- Placed return and executive will inspect on 23 aug 2020- Changed the rating to 1 starReview on day of purchase -Good product for basic needs of reheating. Timer knob when set below 2 mins doesn't seem to move to zero. I checked the catalog and it says timer below 2 mins cooking should be set to greater than 2 mins and the knob started rotating back and stopped at two, but heating continues. I guess this is the functionality itself and one has to be careful, otherwise overheating and burning may occur.
