A must have!!
I've been buying NB pressure relief insoles for years with every new pair of shoes and work boots, love them and can't go without them. These don't seem as comforting as the original but they are still 10x better than any other insoles.

Back to walking again, Yea!
Was walking up to 8 miles a day and all of sudden had a lot of foot pain issues. It’s not plantars. What the heck is going on? Upon further research figured out that it was something else and these inserts seemed like the solution to the problem.Along with a pair of proper fitting shoes for wide feet and these inserts, and some down time, I am now back to walking up to 6 miles a day with no pain. I did buy a 1/2 size smaller than the actual shoe size due to the comments on other reviews. I wear a womens size 8 and bought a 7.5 size insert. It fits perfectly, and I have no issues with it fitting inside the shoe, or my feet fitting into the shoe with the insert. I removed the insert that came with the shoe per the instructions on the package.

These actually work
I have had severe metatarsal pain *caused by* custom orthotics for hallux rigidus. I stopped wearing them but still had severe bottom of foot pain, and knee and shin pain as well (my podiatrist refused to believe the orthotics were the cause). I wore these for *one day* and was able to both walk and exercise at the gym without pain. My only caveat is that since these are designed for both men and women's feet, the arch feels like it's not quite in the right place, and the heel is slightly too wide as is usually the case with a male foot last. NB, make these perfect by creating versions for women's narrower heel. But thank you!

Comfortable
Comfortable, but seem to wear out more now. Better when they were made by new balance.

This solved my pain!!! Metatarsalgia
I have looked everywhere and bought every single shoe insert that I could possibly even tell you about!! Are you still walk with a limp like I have a wooden leg because the burning in the ball of my foot was so so so unbearable. Read a lot of reviews of how great this was.Of course skeptical.. ordered because.. what do I have to lose..These inserts have change my life!!!!I no longer have the burning in the front of my foot I walk all day for 12 to 13 hours.. I have worked on my feet for almost my entire life..I really don't know how to get this a better review!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!They are a little thick when it comes to inserts. But the comfort and erasing and the pain makes up for it all.1000 percent .. Buy . If you have Metatarsalgia!!!!

Awesome for neuroma issues...
I love these insoles for my metatarsal issues. I only have a problem on my right foot but these are very comfortable for both feet. The metatarsal pad in the insole helps me to be on my feet longer throughout the day. I wish they were less expensive - so I could buy a pair for each of my shoes. At $30 a pair - I just switch them from shoe to shoe... Best insole that I've found for my issues. (Had big toe joint replaced and then had issues with a neuroma in 2nd or 3rd metatarsal. Unfortunately, one year after neuroma surgery - there was no change to the pain that I experienced. So these insoles were a Godsend.

As I hit mile 2-3 my metatarsals start to become painful. I figured
Okay, so I recently come back to running and am working on a guided 5k program. As I hit mile 2-3 my metatarsals start to become painful. I figured, okay, let's check amazon for something to help me as I have high arches and am a pronounced supinator.Land at these 3030 insoles and they appear, on paper, to be a godsend to me. Metatarsal pads, support for high arches. Okay, so I pop out the insoles that come with my shoes and pop these in. Check sizing to make sure there's no extra spacing and I have the right size, check.Pop them in after a 4-day break from running and holy...I couldn't even make it a quarter of a mile before my feet are hurting in my metatasals and it also feels like I was getting plantar fascitis on top of it. I pushed through another tenth of a mile to see what would happen and the pain got worse and worse. I had to stop and take the insoles out and walk home the quarter mile with no insoles in my shoes.Furthermore, these insoles are quite bulky and significantly reduce room in all parts of the shoe: toe box, heel, everywhere. Caused my heel to slip in and out of the shoe due to the insole messing with the shoe design that is supposed to cup the heel. I wore swiftwicks so no blisters, but if someone else didn't have specialty socks I could see a bilster forming easily.I am EXTREMELY disappointed and wanted to share my experience. Everyone's bodies are different but these are awful for me.

New Balance Insoles 3030 Pressure Relief Insole
My right foot developed a painful capsulitis of the second toe. This is an excellent product to help relieve the intensive pain. Very sturdy material, strong yet soft, with plenty of support and cushion. The metatarsal cushion design is especially a God-send for my walking comfort. It's easy to trim them down to fit within the shoes. They are however, thick, so for all my athlete shoes, I go half a size up and also choose wide width. Absolutely recommended.

Metatarsalgia leve si funciona.
Su servidor tiene metatarsalgia. Va bien correr con ellas hasta más o menos 8k según los problemas que tengas desde luego, lo mío es un poco mas pronunciado y no llego más lejos que eso...

To thick for my shoes. Fit ok in work boots.

Old style better
This insole didn’t support my foot as well as the previous style that has been discontinued. It does ok though.
