I like this a lot. I don’t always have to use my cane but when I do it is super annoying when it falls down or slides on the supermarket floor. My last shopping trip made me decide I had to do something. This is very stable, easy to put on and my cane can stand up, and if it does fall I can step on the edge and it pops back up!

This really helps with my balance using the cane. it CAN stand on its own, but is not particularly stable, so expect it to fall- often, or set it securely.

Ordered this 2 months ago to convert a lightweight aluminum cane into a standing cane. Seems the husband tends to hang regular canes over the backs of chairs and they are easy to forget or miss. Not so with the standing base to keep the cane right within arm's reach. Also makes a good reminder to use the cane when it's in plain sight. We have a cane with an assist handle, so making sure that handle is turned alongside one of the feet when installing is all it took to provide enough balance to allow the cane to freestand when not in use. The material is soft enough to flex so that the cane moves more naturally when striking the ground, but this does affect the freestanding ever so slightly (easier to knock over). The slight softness also allows for better traction versus a very hard plastic that would just slide along the ground. Overall, we would consider buying this in the future when it eventually wears out due to lots of use. If we find something just a tad wider, we might change it up ... but this is super close to the perfect product for us.

This is the second one I’ve bought. This one appears to be more sturdy. It makes my cane more stable.

Most people do not experience the need however using a cane 24/7 you will find overtime the standing feature may wear out. A proper replacement is needed.

This holds my cane well. It did feel heavy at first but I got used to it very quickly. It did smell like rubber but aired out in a day. It is easy to walk with and I am seriously clumsy!

Vive You really need to start selling the circle round ones again and stop fooling around with these little stupid designs you're making these will never last for years that I have used the round one. and it actually holds the stick up perfectly. You can corner the market nobody else anywhere in the world is making this!!

This quad base tip is better than I imagined. Although sturdy, it is lightweight in use, and probably quite durable. It really does stand up well on its own on most surfaces. It doesn’t look too clunky, or big and looks fine on my moulded hand walking stick. If fact it balances it out. Far better than my standard rubber ferrule. It does not interfere with my walking and I do not trip over it. It is a joy to use and comfortable, offering good support and stability. It is lovely keeping my walking stick upright and not falling over, and well worth purchasing for the ‘standing’ aspect alone. Nice one! I can highly recommend. Happy customer. Many thanks.

Stable, actually keeps cane standing upright with little effort. Easy to walk with, bit of flex.

I find the self standing cane tip great as it gives me greater stability with walking. Great product.

Nothing to dislike about it, it was put on the tip of a walking stick and it does exactly what the seller said it would do it allows the stick to stand easily on it’s own and is a great help for my husband whilst out walking giving him stability many thanks
