I never knew Pollination Wands even existed, until I was searching for another garden item, and there it was, I just had to see this fuzzy thing!So I looked it over, and clicked it into my cart. I got them yesterday, and I must say, that I am very pleased to finally find a product, that I am sure will work perfectly. The Wands are 3 inches long, have a very small tip, which is perfect, and the wire is thin so it will curve or bend any way you want it, yet is still strong. It takes a lot of care to pollinate flowers and vegetables, so you need those advantages in your "tools" I like it very much and I will be passing this information on to my Youtube and Facebook gardening friends.

Okay, so maybe it's not really a magic wand... but I've had more success hand pollinating with this tool than using the flower, a q-tip, a brush, or other items. I would just caution gentleness, as "the wand" or handle is made of twisted wire and you can easily jab the flower. More sturdy than a pipe cleaner. Fluff tip really captures the pollen very well for distribution.

This is OK, really a Q-tip would do the same trick. In the book that is sent with these, they don't even suggest using pollination wands instead they use dead dehydrated bees glued to sticks!! That was strange.

Works great for pollinating out indoor plants. Some websites mention different methods of pollination, including q-tips but these brushes are just the right size for the job.
