Public Policy: Politics, Analysis, and Alternatives 7th Edition

Amazon is the best bookseller that I have ever meet worldwide. I am a global educator with bachelor's degree in Africa, and master in Asia. my PhD here in America make believed that Amazan is number 1 in book selling services.

Good textbook for class. Very informative.

Book was fine

This is a pretty good, informative textbook overall which tries to be very up-to-date and to include a lot of specific recent examples from current affairs, and to stay neutral rather than express political bias. However, there's a glaring error in the 7th Edition -- and it's in there twice -- in Ch. 11 on the Environment. On p369 and on p400 they give the equivalent of 2 degrees Celsius (the cap aimed for in global temperature increase) as 3.6 degrees Fahrenheit. They're off by a factor of 10! The equivalent of 2 degrees Celsius is 36 degrees Fahrenheit! Why even give the equivalency if you don't know what it really is or how to calculate it? (The formula is to double the Celsius temperature and then add 30.) This makes a big difference to a student's understanding of how huge the average global temperature increase really is, if the student is American and still relies on Fahrenheit in their daily life. It seems that several layers of people who must've read, fact-checked, and proofed this (SAGE Publishing) don't grasp a key concept in the facts about climate change.

Good book. Just to the point. Easy to read and understand

The book is written in a way to understand what public policy really is.

Formatting for the ebook is very bad. Also it says text to speech is available but it is not (at least not for this version).
