I was looking at getting resistance bands to help with my workout and went to a sporting good store to purchase them. The price was way more than I wanted to spend. I found these on amazon for a fraction of the cost. They are a very nice set of resistance bands. I like that they came in a bag so they can be stored easily. They are on the thin side, and the length is perfect for my workouts. I did not notice any type of smell. They work well and can easily be rolled and put back up. Very pleased overall. For the price they are perfect!

These are perfect for me to do my physical therapy exercises at home. They're very smooth and not sticky. They don't bunch up around my ankles. They weren't expensive which I appreciated. Each band has a permanent label, so I don't have to keep track of which is light or heavy resistance.

I do this for lower body exercises and it does the job fine. I do clamshells and leg stretches etc using the band. The bands are elastic and have withstood the repetitive force well. They are cheap and they do not smell. Also color coding makes it easier to pick the one I need. These are all good. However, except for the black one (the maximum strength one), I did not get any value at all. I either use the black one or do not use at all. The lower levels are literally too weak to generate any resistance. Unless you are recovering from an injury or it is for a child, there is really no point having the others. This is all I can say.

Bands are very good for my home PT exercises. They do not roll on my legs and are better than the bands supplied by my PT provider. The different strengths are useful as I can increase my resistance as needed. The pouch to keep the bands in is useful.

I was using this type of band in physical therapy and wanted to continue my exercises at home. The bands are of good quality and having a selection of different strengths allows me to do different exercises at home.

Each band is clearly marked with printed resistance level. Nice diameter, not too large or small. With a band on my arms at my wrists, I get a good level of resistance when my arms are held straight and about shoulder distance apart. Very comfortable to use, the bands feel soft against skin and don’t cut into me. Easier to use for some exercises than long flat bands. Thickness varies based on resistance level, but even the very thinnest has plenty of strength and appears very durable. Comes with a storage pouch and exercise suggestions.
