Nice fridge for the money but will hold about 20-22 bottles of varying sizes, not 32
I've owned several wine fridges and for the price point, this one was a good purchase for the money. I had a GE built in wine fridge in my house that was great but it cost 3x as much as this and it was often difficult to fit all my bottles because wine bottles are not one size for all types, that's a problem with most fridges this size. This will definitely NOT fit 32 bottles unless they are all standard Bordeaux bottle size. However, it did fit half a case of champagne, 6 bottles of pinot, and 6 bottles of cab and 2 slim and long bottles of port. I had to remove 2 shelves, alternate the bottles between bottom and cork facing out grouped by wine types/bottle shapes grouped together, and turn some of the shelves upside down so there would be enough clearance without tearing up the labels (I don't pull out the shelves ever, I pull out one bottle at a time and I have my bottles labeled with paper wine bottle tags to ID them). Overall, it's a very nice looking fridge and the dual temps seem to work fine. I did not have any damage thankfully since the box it was in was shipped within a larger box with styrofoam to protect it. I just wished the manufacturer would build a left hinged model so you can have 2 side by side. I'd buy another one.

I Love Wine
I really do love wine. This keeps my wine (and beers) safely stored. I keep reds (my favorite) on the top at a slightly higher temperature, and whites and bomber beers on the lower level. (Heat rises, thus my theory is that it's more efficient that way). The wooden trays feel very sturdy and are easy to pull out when the door is completely open. You can't open the door to a 90 degree angle and pull them out, but at 135 degrees, you can. The lights help find the right wine when I don't want to turn on the room light. It's quiet and the temperature seems to hold steady in each compartment. Although I haven't used the locks, I will eventually use them and like the option. There is a fitment issue with the abnormal bottles - the larger ones you can place on the bottom row of the upper and lower, but to fit more than 2 or three in each will require removing shelves. But to make it accommodate more of the larger bottles would result in la less compact design of the fridge. I think this fridge is stylish (if an appliance can be), quiet and efficient. And let's be real, it is my favorite appliance in the house.

Oops I was wrong, this does have a problem...
I was nervous about buying this unit because of all of the complaints about not holding 32 bottles, etc. I don't know what they are talking about. This is a very nice unit, and is exactly as advertised. I am mainly using it as a cheese cave, but I had to check if it could hold as much wine as people were claiming it couldn't. They are wrong. I can place 4 bottles on each of the 8 shelves, no problem, and I was using bottles from different wineries just to make it harder. It even has a shelf that can handle champagne bottles, which was am unexpected bonus. Ignore the complaints, it is exactly as it is described, and very attractive and well built to boot. I am pleased I settled on this unit. I would normally give this a 4 star simply because I save 5 stars for uber premium items, or ones that were way above expectations, but I gave it 5 to balance out the many fake reviews this is getting.UPDATE: I was wrong. I tried 4 bottles on a single shelf and they fit, but when I went to load the bottom half with bottles they did not. The unit leaves no margin at all. The biggest problem is vertical. To pull a shelf out you have to pull several, and they stick because the bottle is pressing up against the sides. Why they couldn't add even a few millimeters to the width and height to avoid this problem is beyond me. It's like they measured a bottle and multiplied by 4 and said don't go 1 millimeter beyond this size. Unnecessary cost cutting of pennies that made a nice unit a pain.

Fantastic Unit - Designed for Standard Sized 750ml 2.75" Bordeaux bottles
It's a shame to see so many negative reviews based on the fact that this fridge doesn't fit bottles larger than standard size 2.75" Bordeaux bottles. The description clearly states: "Note: Designed for standard sized 750ml 2.75" Bordeaux bottles, to accommodate larger bottles a shelf will need to be removed." The fact that the fridge is designed for that particular size bottle, and not larger bottles, is why it has smaller dimensions than any other 32-bottle wine fridge on the market that I have come across. That's the reason I chose this model -- it offers exceptional capacity for its size and footprint. It also looks beautiful (the metal is sleek and the wooden shelves are a nice touch) and it operates quietly. I have never had a problem with the mechanical operation of my fridge.Regarding the bottle size, the fridge can cleanly accommodate four larger 750ml bottles on the bottom shelf of the first zone, which is slightly larger than the other shelves (I store four bottles of Burgundy there) and four larger 750ml bottles in the bottom four slots if you remove the bottom shelf (I store four bottles of Champagne in there). If many of the bottles you intend to store are larger than standard size 2.75" Bordeaux bottles, you would probably prefer another model.

Good for the price
Thought I had to take out 2 trays but you just have to turn the bottles around so the slightly larger than normal bottles can fit (tightly). The tall bottles need the cork end towards the glass to fit. The bottles are so snug that you do have to slightly pull out the tray above in order to get the bottle you need. I wish they would of made the cooler slightly taller to have more room for fatter bottles to fit. But, like I said...good for the price.
