I bought this for my Sony ZV-1 and it works perfect. Zoom in and out smoothly with this. BIutooth connection is very stable, too. I was thinking of getting a Sony one which is the double price. But I'm super happy with this now. I setup the camcorder within my reach so I can operate without it. But t his just makes my life a little easter. If you're considering, get one.

Followed the well written instructions, and paired with my Sony a7iii camera. Wouldn't work! Eventually discovered on the camera menu, you need to go to next page and switch "Bluetooth Rmt Ctrl" on. Then found out the focus and the zoom didn't work. The zoom I knew about, as it will only work on electric zoom cameras, but had to fiddle about with camera settings until I found out that simply setting manual focus on the lens isn't enough, as I usually do for everyday photography, you have to set manual focus on the camera body for the focusing to work with the remote. Got it all up and running now, and pleased with this remote. Bear in mind, the focus is very slow, so the object you are photographing should be roughly focused on so that there only fine tuning to get your subject in sharp focus. Hope this helps anyone else buying this good remote.

Great when it worked, but lasted for about 10-15 uses before it eventually just gave up on me.

This has to be the best buy for my hobbie for still motion photography. So easy to set up the distance you can operates the remote is excellent. I'm so glad I didn't go for the Sony equivalent. Save yourself some money this works great

Edit: I'm putting the edit here at the top as it supersedes the below information. I bought this version of this for my Sony ZV-1. This remote is half the price of the official Sony one and thought it didn't work so I returned it and got this official Sony one. At first I thought the Sony one 'also' didn't work. In the case of this cheap knock off one and the Sony one, I paired them with my ZV-1 but the zoom or any other functioned didn't work. It wasn't until I watched a YouTube video that I found it's not enough just to activate Bluetooth on your camera but you 'also' have to turn on the remote capacity in the same camera menu area. So the camera's Bluetooth 'and' the camera's remote feature both have to be turned on. Then I found that both this knockoff and the official Sony one worked. However, I'm going to keep the Sony one even though it's double the price because this cheap knockoff one at £32 does the zoom in fits and starts and larger increments. It would be fine if I just wanted to zoom all the way in or all the way out. But I'll have it in front of my as I set up recording on my computer and don't want to have to be leaning forward and fiddling with it when I'm so close to the cameral to activate the zoom that I can't actually see myself in frame to gauge if I got the right zoom level. All in all it feels like a solid product. But the Sony one is better. Probably just because the zoom buttons allow for a quicker stab. So eve though it's way over priced at £65, I'll bit the bullet and pay the Sony tax. The remote pairs fine with my ZV-1 after I turn Bluetooth on and follow the pairing instructions. But when I exit the ZV-1 menu and try to use the zoom feature. I get no response from the camera at all. Same with every other function. I tried it about ten times. Even re-paired it two or three times to be sure. I even double checked each time that the remote was not in 'lock' mode but nothing I did got a response from the camera. So I have no choice but to return it. I don't want to pay the Sony tax for their version so I might order another one and see if it's just my unit that doesn't work. Edit: I ordered a second one of the same model and just took delivery and tested it. The remote again paired fine, got the onscreen confirmation that it had paired and Bluetooth was on and there is a bluetooth icon on the flip out ZV-1 screen. But again there is zero response from the camera when I try to use the remote functions. I'll have to return this one also and get a different model. This one was £32.99 and there is a model for £39.99. I'll try that and if it also doesn't work then I'll have to try the expensive Sony one.

It’s easier to use than I was expecting! Very functional. You can record and take pictures without having to change the modus on your camera. Just perfection!

Il prodotto è del tutto compatibile con la versione originale Sony e quindi si interfaccia con tutte le fotocamere che sono indicate per il telecomando originale. Sulla Sony A7 III funziona perfettamente con tutti i tasti corrispondenti ...anzi al posto dello switch "video/foto" ha direttamente due tasti dedicati ...che è meglio.
