This product has huge issues with delays and connections. Get a different product. This is crap.

Unable to connect to phone and the app for this camera constantly freezes and force closes. I haven't been able to use it and the fact that I'm having this much trouble let's me know that there isn't better on the other end.Side note... I'm quite tech savvy so this isn't an user error issue but more of a product and software issue. Read the comments on the app store before making your purchase. The app is called oucam or something like that.

I didn't get to use the product for indoor video and audio security surveilance. The directions were very confusing so I never did get it to work. Also the directions were in such small font I needed a magnifying glass to read the directions which made it very inconvenient, and they seemed to be written by someone not in very good command of English.

This camera is very efficient!!! It can be hung anywhere you need video surveillance. It has built-in Wi-Fi so you can look into the video feed any time from anywhere. Oh and let’s not forget that it also has motion detection in case you want to receive instant alerts to your phone. It’s very inexpensive and very reliable

Pairing stuff with my iPhone was always easy and fast. I followed instructions provided by the seller and was not able to pair the camera. The app does not work properly. When I first tried to pair the app was giving me the message: "This device already exists" showing "0" devices connected. I'm going to return it today.

Its easy to get set up but the only thing i did not like about it was that you have to be close enough to the camera to hook up to it hot spot. So i can go on vaction and use this to see whats going on at my house..

It’s was really difficult and took a while to get it to work with my iPhone and biggest problem was it won’t work 5G so you have to use 2G or lower. Other than that once I got it to work it’s been pretty good deal and worth what I paid for it.
