Purchased this set in 2023 and all the bands are still working fine!
I have purchased bands from at least five companies in the last four years, including the most expensive ones at Amazon. I use all my bands extensively and am a male former competitive power lifter. These bands have not broken at all while I have snapped bands from all the other companies I purchased bands from. These are definitely the best value for your money and I strongly recommend them.

Long Resistance Bands
If you’re looking for long resistance bands for working out I highly recommend these! I’ve been using them for about 5 months now and the quality is great, they are cute and I love how it comes in a pack of 5 for when you need to bump up the resistance! They come with a bag for easy storage and as someone who is picky with their workout equipment, they work great during workouts!
