Beautiful and Fast
I took me a good month to decide on what PC I wanted. My boyfriend recommended that I buy an Alienware cause that what he always used when gaming and whatever else. I'm not a hardcore gamer... I mostly use this PC for my graphic deign and music production. But I do play video games here and there when I get into one... so I wanted the option to be able to play games on a machine that can handle hardcore gaming sessions. Well I'm glad that I went this route.... this computer is beautiful, fast and really just a quality build. Its also very quiet... I have not heard this thing even make a peep yet. You can also change the LED light colors with a simple app called Alienware Command Center. I just love it love it. And PConline365 delivered it so fast and package well...no issues. Buy this PC if your into gaming or just a good PC... you wont be sorry.

Here is the story of overheating.
Here’s what happens. You’re buying a Dell product through a third party which alters the set up. Instantly voiding any warranty. The Alienware unit itself has a design engineering flaw where the heat doesn’t have a way out. The fan is literally butted up against a metal plate, as the fan is installed backwards. Then the ‘Computer Upgrade Kings’ put in a super hard drive and video card - and that causes the computer to run at over 90 degrees, which causes crashes and damage to the hardware. I bought this at the end of February, and since then I’ve had the hard drive replaced twice. Dell actually came to my house despite no warranty and replaced one. Computer upgrade kings the other. It’s been in the shop over 10 times. I’ve lost all my work several times (thinking it was fixed). I purchased a liquid cooler and had that put in and it didn’t decrease the temp at all. To operate it at all, you have to open the entire unit, exposing the wires and hardware, and have a fan (house fan) blowing directing into it. Keeps the temp between 68-71. The customer service is incredibly rude, IF you get passed the form letters you receive. (They don’t talk to you). Everyone has a part of the blame - except me, the paying customer. DO NOT BUY. Please, save yourself the stress and don’t buy anything through a third party.

Futuristic Alienware Design!
It's in the name - Alienware. If you're a Gamer - you definitely know the brand! Alienware can be known to be somewhat expensive due to the amount of processing power, fast memory, high-end graphics cards, and since it's the #1 brand. However, this configured Alienware R11 Gaming Desktop is very affordable - Big Bang for the Buck! Key configuration highlights are Intel Core i7 , NVIDIA Graphics, 32GB Mem and 1TB PCIe SSD for under $1,800! The gaming experience is impressive - no lag - fast and smooth. It's also very attractive to look at! Worth every Penny!

Good for gaming
It's fast. There's a lot of space for a lot of good and big games like GTA, Destiny, and Warframe.

Forget about support from Dell
Got this out of the box and had a different graphics card then pictured. Had four issues with the operation of the computer. Dell keeps saying that it is a software issue and they wont replace the system. Yep, this is all in the warranty fine print. So, now I have an almost $2000 paperweight because, "Sorry it is a software issue, and we only cover the hardware, and you should have read the warranty." way to blame it on Windows and Nvidia Dell.

Overheats
This PC may be beautiful and powerful but it constantly overheated and waa loud. It shut down repeatedly because it overheated. I had to return it because it wasn't usable.

This is a good PC
This is a good Computer however, I do not recommend it because it would be must cheaper building your own pc then buying this. This computer takes 400 extra dollars compared to buying it.
