The best cajun seasoning my family has experienced. So much flavor and firey delight. We've used it on chicken and fries so far and will use it on much more!

Mostly on salmon. A little bit of olive oil on both sides of the salmon and then batter both sides. Just wonderful tasting.It lasts forever and the ingredients are clean and simple! It is a lil bit spicy but you can control that. Just use less.

Added it to the melted butter I bought on Amazon (for a crawfish boil) and so good!!

A little heat with not alot of salt. Good for adding to various dishes.

I would get Cajun fries at a local restaurant and ask for a side of the seasoning because it was so good. I finally got one of the employees to tell me what brand the seasoning was and now I can buy it and have the restaurant taste at home, it's also great on fish.

I’ve purchased this spice for quite awhile in smaller containers. It was no longer available at my grocery store, so I ordered from Amazon in a larger size that I hadn’t seen before. Same flavor that I’ve enjoyed in the past at a good cost savings.
