If this is not opened, why is it not returnable? i do not buy online things that "aren't returnable"!

You have to contact us directly and we'll promptly fully refund you if you don't want the product because of our Love it or your money back guarantee! Just share with us your order transaction (the long number) and we'll refund your money.  For us it would be very interesting to find out why you don't like the product if you have not even open it? My 1 pound, $48 pack of coffig came busted open inside the shipping plastic bag. it’s all over the inside. how can i return this for a replacement?

I would take a picture of the product as it looks when you received it. Request a return or a refund from Amazon and include the picture . They may tell you to keep it and they will send you another one.

Question 3

How does this taste compared to chicory? Are the roasted figs more or less "herbal"?

Better than Chicory, In my personal opinion. It's a matter of personal taste. I do recommend that you try a small amount first, just to see how you like it. I can't say that it's herbal, it doesn't say on the box. It does say 100% roasted black figs. This Fig coffee is pleasant and soothing. It is also non GMO and high in antioxidants and other health benefits.  It comes in little bags like tea. :)

Question 4

Is the serving per container 200? i have 150g which says 75 servings. the 450g should be 225 servings (3x75), not 200.   am i wrong?

Hi 3Dogs, thank you for asking the question. You're right, we try to overdeliver and be in the lower end rather than in the higher, because the servings are truly subjective which means some customers will prepare their cup with just 1 teaspoon when others will use 2.5 teaspoons, so...yes the 1 Lb. Value Size Bag can easily make 225 and even 250 or more cups for some customers but for others who like espresso style their brew will only be good for 130 or even less cups! So knowing this we printed 200 to be in the safe side, but if you're like me, I get 300 cups out of the larger bag or as you mention 75 x 3 which yields more than 200. Hope these numbers make sense, it will all depende on the brew you make and how sparingly you use your product or how concentrate you make each cup. All the best to you! Be healthy and safe. William
