I use them like everyday now they’re actually super nice and comfortable. However I recommend getting a size bigger than usual. It’s good quality.

Just did 10 miles in these short got them yesterday. really nice and comfy and don't feel like they are falling apart whether you are running at 5/min pace or 10/min pace. The zipper in the back is an awesome feature for items that super important and small such as keys or headphones pod. Worth the splurge also held up great in the high winds and rain , also quick dry. Fell on on the last 400/m on a 5 mile segment and got a bunch of dirt on them and they were pretty easy to just brush off and didn't get torn at all despite me hitting the ground pretty hard.10 out of 10

These Pudolla 2-in-1 running shorts are lightweight, breathable, and super comfortable. The phone pocket is secure and doesn’t bounce, which is a game changer. Perfect fit and quick-drying—great for workouts or everyday wear!

Little snug if you have larger thighs like I do. Overall a decent fit but go with the 7" unless you want the inner lining exposed all the time. Not ideal if you are looking for compression underneath the shorts.

Super comfortable and light.

I like them. This is my 3rd pair, so I figured I'd leave a review.These shorts are definitely on the thinner side and may not feel as high quality as $50 Nike's ones, but these are great shorts for sports. I use them for Gym, outdoors and tennis. No issues with laundry and dryer.They got an inner pocket, but regular pockets are not zipper. It does have a tiny booty zipper pocket, but it's for things like your airpods case and/or ID/CC.I'm 6' and I wear pants size 33/34 (big booty) so medium is a nice fit for me. If you prefer more loose fit, go for Large. But I'm in the process of a weight loss, so I know it'd be a good fit down the line too.
