Wonderful comb (& brush, purchased separately)! I live in the Rockies, notorious for static & dry air, so I've fought with frizzy, fly away hair since I was a kid here. I wish I knew about this brush & comb earlier!I have very thick, mid length hair & I dreaded combing it, because of the static, broken hair & dry ends that never went away. I also have sensitive skin, so many brushes & combs would scratch & cut my scalp, neck & shoulders. I've had this about two weeks now, & love it! The comb does still leave a bit of static in my hair (I blame it on the high altitude & dry air,) but much less than any other comb I've tried. My hair is much easier to comb through, regularly, now, not nearly as tangled or dry feeling & the ends aren't as dry either (I've previously tried loads of conditioners & other treatments, including trimming my ends). The thick wood teeth are well rounded, so no cuts & scratches. The weight of the comb helps it pull through my hair, but the teeth don't grab & tear through it. Tangles & knots are much easier & less painful to work out. The beautiful & super smooth wood does have a subtle sandalwood scent (kinda like a new age shop scent). I can definitely see & feel a difference in my hair, it combs out much easier, is far smoother & shiny, has less breakage, & has much less static!The comb is about 7" by 2" at the widest point. It's handle fits my small hands nicely.I've already recommended the set to a family member & would highly recommend it to others as well. I can how it would be fantastic for children's hair. It's like finger combing but much more effective.The one real issue I may have is, apparently it's somewhat fragile, & can break if dropped on a hard floor or counter. It does come in a velvet bag for storage, the brush comes in a sturdy neat looking storage box.I'd gladly give the brush & comb as gifts.

I've used this comb for five years now. I also bought it as a gift for three other people. It helps to distribute the oil in my hair from the root to the tip. I have very fine hair, so it does seem a bit rough at times, but I think that might be with all combs. I highly recommend this.

This is a beautiful comb. The pouch that it comes in is very handy and the comb smells heavenly. I love that despite how small it is, it is very effective on the hair and it’s durable. My hair is wavy/curly, thick and a little course. I have a Denman brush that I use regularly. But I use this coma to coma essential oil‘s through my hair at night. It’s my favorite thing to do because sometimes when I don’t feel like using oil’s, this sandalwood comb absorbs The Orioils I’ve used and the comb will sometimes smell like sandalwood and lavender. :-) It’s also very easy to clean. I rub a little bit of olive oil and then wipe it gently with a soft cloth.

I like the weight of it and how smooth the handle is. I also got another No Static Comb for Detangling Curly Hair from the same seller (one without a handle and with wider spaces), and this one seems to perhaps grab tangles very slightly more in my hair (fine and curly), but the comb still works really well. And the fragrance is very nice. Love it! Thank you so much! I have struggled with my hair for nearly 50 years now ;) I won't ever go back to a plastic comb by choice ;)

I have wood combs thinking it'll soften the hair.. but it's been the other case... it's rough on the hair.. there's still static. It's not this comb only.. I've bought very high end wood brushes etc... hair troubles come no matter what comb or brush.. there's not miracle item. The comb is sturdy and it combs.

I love this comb, it is easy to use and just slides through my 4B hair. The first time it fell in the shower however, the top tooth broke. It still works very well though and I just use another comb to part my hair. It is easy on hair strands and does not snag, it is great for combing out conditioner as well. I highly recommend this product!

I have had this for about 2 months and am very pleased. I have medium length, thick hair and this combs through very well, even when hair is wet. It has cut down on the static - recently while brushing my hair, I noticed how staticky it was so I pulled out the comb and ran it through. GONE. I was very pleased. This is a good buy for the price and quality.
